EVENT-SERVICE OF “ZAKHAR BERKUT HOTEL”

“Zakhar Berkut Hotel” is glad to offer you services for organizing business events and banquets in Slavske. An experienced team of hotel professionals will help to organize conferences, trainings, seminars and business meetings, as well as feast and weddings. The event manager works individually with each client, who promptly provides all the necessary information and helps in solving any issues that arise in the process of cooperation.

Conference hall of “Zakhar Berkut Hotel”

Conference hall with area of 131 sq.m and height of the ceiling 3.40 m. can accommodate up to 100 people and is equipped with all the necessary technical facilities: 2×3 m screen, SANYO projector (1024 × 768), wi-fi internet, radio microphones, flip chart, sound mixing desk, acoustic system, air condition.

Next to the conference room there is an additional hall, which is used for placing banners, welcome and photoshows, as well as for coffee breaks and small buffets.

The rental price includes the use of all equipment and consumable materials without additional surcharges.

In case of an hourly rental reservation, we also provide 30 minutes free for decomposition of banners, testing of equipment operation, installation of banners, etc.).
